- Attending the hearing before Supreme Court, various High Courts, National Green Tribunal, District Courts, and National Commission & State Commission including District Consumer Forum etc.
- Briefing of cases to Senior Advocates and follow-up action thereof.
- Preparation of various research and illustrative reports for corporate management.
CORPORATE LITIGATION:
- Handling high value litigation before Supreme Court, various High Courts and various Arbitral Tribunal etc.
- Due diligence and specific penal provisions of other corporate and commercial laws
PLEADINGS:
- Drafting and vetting of pleadings i.e. Plaint, Petition, Interlocutory Applications, Affidavits, Counter Affidavits , Rejoinders, Affidavits by way of Evidence, Statement of Claims, Counter Claims and other documents pertaining to litigations in various judicial and quasi judicial Fora.
- Specialization in Civil Litigations i.e. suits for recoveries, injunctions, declaration, specific performance, Environmental & Pollution issues, Mines & Mineral, Land Revenue, Local Bylaws, Consumer Complaints, Criminal Complaints and other pleadings pertaining to, Criminal, Civil and Commercial (Arbitration) proceedings.

- Managing land related cases. Due Diligence and analyzing property documentation & Title Search (Due Diligence), mortgage cases at sub-Registrar Office, Follow up at Tehsil level.

- Restructuring/Drafting and reviewing/vetting Contract, leave & License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, lease deeds, Non Disclosure Agreements, MOU etc and other documents.

- With expertise in property taxation and related laws, has been involved in consultation with various agencies of the Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi and rendered professional services to various prestigious institutions for that purpose.
- Is consultant to the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board and some of its associated Market Committees under the aegis of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi relating to Property Taxation.
EMPANELMENT
- Presently empanelled as Additional Government Standing Counsel for the Union of India for the District Courts.
- Have been Panel advocate for the South Delhi Municipal Corporation in the High Court of Delhi, as well as Delhi Transco Limited.
- Was empanelled as a Municipal Counsel with the unified Municipal Corporation of Delhi for about two years in the District Courts in early professional career.
